2026 Part-Time Farm Crew Position
We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented individual to join our small team on the farm. The ideal candidate needs to be a quick, enthusiastic learner who knows how to work hard and have fun at the same time. Specific vegetable farm experience is a bonus, but more important is experience doing physical labor, preferably outdoors.

2026 Part-Time Farm Crew Position
We are looking for a hardworking, detail-oriented individual to join our small team on the farm. The ideal candidate needs to be a quick, enthusiastic learner who knows how to work hard and have fun at the same time. Specific vegetable farm experience is a bonus, but more important is experience doing physical labor, preferably outdoors.
Schedule:
- Part-time, 20-24 hours per week during peak season
- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday (start/end times may vary based on workload & weather)
- Position runs mid April through end of October (peak season is May-September)
Roles & Responsibilities: Work with other crew members to complete a variety of farm tasks, including:
- Harvest, wash & pack produce
- Clear, prep beds for planting
- Weed management
- Seed & transplant
- Assist with irrigation
- Miscellaneous tasks to keep the plants healthy and the farm in good shape!
- $17/hr
- $150 equipment stipend after 60 days
- Access to lots of farm veggies
- $200 bonus upon completing season
- Paid PTO (accrual rate 1 hr per 30 hrs worked plus 4 additional hours after 60 days)
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 40 lbs repeatedly & bend over to harvest for many hours while moving quickly
- Ability to do physical work in all weather conditions
- Ability to commit to full season
- Experience doing physical labor outdoors
- Strong communication skills, ability to self-advocate and communicate needs
- Ability to work efficiently and consistently with others and independently
- Ability to follow instructions, open to constructive feedback
- Positive attitude and ability to have a good time while being productive.
- Learner mindset, asks questions and shares ideas from own experience.
- Observant, attention to detail and takes initiative to fill needs or solve problems
- Strong work ethic, desire to do high quality work
- Provided training, ability to operate hand tools and equipment, including the BCS.
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle to get to work on time
2026 Market Lead Position
We are looking for an individual to lead our farmers market booth operations. This is a fast-paced job that requires creativity and excellent customer service skills.
Schedule:
- Late May through end of October
- Saturdays, approximately 6am-2pm (we can arrange 3-4 Saturdays off)
- Setup/takedown booth
- Arrange an effective display of vegetables
- Preserve quality of produce throughout the market
- Provide excellent customer service, get people excited about vegetables
- Manage cash, voucher, credit card payments and keep records
Compensation:
- $17/hr + tips
- Access to lots of farm veggies
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to lift 40 lbs repeatedly
- Ability to commit to full season
- Customer service or sales experience
- Basic knowledge of vegetables and enthusiastic to learn more
- Creativite, eye for aesthetics and displays
- Strong communication skills, ability to self-advocate and communicate needs
- Ability to follow instructions, open to constructive feedback
- Observant, attention to detail and takes initiative to fill needs or solve problems
- Strong work ethic, desire to do high quality work
